2022 Mission Trip - Covington, GA

 Hello again from Georgia! On Wednesday, we had another day packed full. In the morning the girls worked on the new signs some more while the boys cut branches off the trees outside the church. In the afternoon we got a bit of free time for kayaking before heading out for canvassing… Wednesday’s canvassing was definitely the most interesting…. We got the cops called on us… watch the vlog to see how that unfolds. In the evening we went over to vicar and Hannah’s house where we had a delicious home cooked meal and then burned the junk we’d found in the garage earlier this week. See you all tomorrow! Good afternoon from Georgia! On Monday, the hard core work began. We cleaned out the garage behind church, started painting new signs, did yard work, and went canvassing. It was a day packed full, but we pushed through! By the end we were all ready for bed. Love,  Allan, Harry, Kylee, and Julia

Hello again from Covington, Georgia! Sunday was packed full of fun. First, we went to church ans Bible study. Following that, we folded flyers for canvassing, then went out to the neighborhoods. After canvassing, pastor gave us a vampire diaries tour around Covington which Kylee was super duper excited about. The boys were less excited. After the tour, we played kickball, cornhole, and lightning at pastor’s. We ended the day with late night chats out on the dock. We went to bed exhausted but ready for the week ahead of us! Good morning from Georgia! We headed out on our first full day in Covington! We passed out bags for the food drive, went kayaking, and had some fun at the lake. Lots more fun to come… hard to believe we’ve still got a whole week ahead of us!! Love,  Allan, Harry, Kylee, and Julia

 Hello from the Georgia mission trip!  Yesterday, March 17th, we four seniors, Kylee, Allan, Harry, and Julia, set out on an adventure. Oh boy.
